Two lawsuits in less than a month??? Not good at all, Melissa!
Late last month, we learned that Clarissa Explains It All/Sabrina, The Teenage Witch actress Melissa Joan Hart was being sued by a former employee of her Sherman Oaks candy shop Sweet Harts for wrongful termination and racial profiling!
Now, we’re hearing that Melissa is being sued AGAIN! This time, her former talent manager Kieran Maguire has filed a lawsuit against her for “fraud and breach of oral contract,” as well as other claims.
Maguire is suing her for unspecified damages, and he’ll be seeking commissions for all future compensation Melissa earns on her show Melissa & Joey.
Get your shiz together, Sabrina Melissa! We could understand how it might have just been a misunderstanding if you were only getting sued by ONE person…but it’s becoming pret-ty clear that you’re doing wrong by your employees.
Hilda and Zelda would NOT approve! Ha!
