Kate Major Calls The Police On Michael Lohan AGAIN - Even Though He's In Jail!

Now what?!
Kate Major reportedly called the police on Michael Lohan once again this morning – even though he is under supervised custody!
According to the authorities, she returned home late last night to find a missed call from a number she recognized as Lohan’s.
Police explain:

“It would appear that someone other than her ex-[boyfriend] had access to the cell phone.”

Apparently!
This whole situation is getting weirder and weirder!
We just can’t figure out who is crazier – Michael or Kate!
Maybe they should both be locked up!
