Vince Neil Pleads Guilty To Poking
Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is pleading guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge and paying a $1,000 fine to avoid a trial.
To remind those of you who don’t keep yourselves abreast of the latest Vince Neil news: last March the rocker got in trouble for barging into a Vegas nightclub and forcibly jabbing her with his right index finger in the chest, and was later charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct. Yep, for poking.
We know it may sound a little lame, but violence is violence, and it’s NEVER expectable.
Hopefully 50-year-old rockosaurus has learned his lesson. Vince is getting off easy this time! After pleading guilty his more serious misdemeanor charge — of battery constituting domestic violence — will be dropped.
Has he been convicted on each charge Vince could have faced up to six months in jail!
Though, Neil is no stranger to the prison. In early 2011 he was fined $585 and ordered to serve 15 days on house arrest, and served 10 days in the Clark County jail as part of a plea deal that avoided trial in a drunk driving case.
