But if all goes to plan, she isn’t going to get it.
Lindsay Lohan’s plan of attack in court today is simple: apologize and beg for leniency!
At this point, there is no denying that she screwed up in COUNTLESS ways since her probation was put into motion and the last time she appeared in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner, her lawyer essentially tried to weasel Lindsay out of jail time with technicalities and empty promises.
This time around, things are different. The odds are not in LiLo’s favor. So rather than fight the inevitable, she’s going into Plan B. Sources are saying that Lindsay will concede she violated her probation, but will plead with Judge Stephanie to reduce her sentence to the minimal jail time, two weeks.
But will the Judge go for it? If we go simply by her past experience in the courtroom, the simple answer would be yes. But Stephanie’s not the type of gal to have one pulled over on her. She made it clear at the time of sentencing that Lindsay would be taking full responsibility for violating her probation if and when the time came. The time is now and two weeks just doesn’t sound like its going to cut it for Steph!
