Is A New iPad Coming Out BEFORE iPad 3?!?!?!?

Will this be the iPad equivalent of iPhone 4s???
Sources at supply chain DigiTimes are claiming Apple will have “an inventory of next-generation iPads with about 2 million units by the end of 2011.”
Given the fact that other sources are saying that iPad 3 will launch in the third quarter of 2012, it seems like this new rumored iPad COULD coming out before the iPhone 5 iPad 3.
We’re hearing that the rumored iPad 2s will be thinner than the previous iPad AND it will feature a longer battery life.
We aren’t 100% convinced that this is all true, however Apple did choose to release the iPhone 4s before the upcoming iPhone 5, so this definitely could be possible!
What do U think? Is a new iPad coming out by the end of the year? Will it be made out of dinosaur bones??? LOLz!
