Bus Driver Says Matthew Fox's Countersuit Is Frivolous, Wants It Tossed Out!

This story has become almost as epic as LOST!
To recap, back in August, Matthew Fox allegedly drunkenly punched a female bus driver named Heather Bormann in her breast and crotch, and she pressed charges against him.
Then n September, Ms. Bormann was NOT happy when the charges were dropped.
THEN, A little over a week ago, Matthew filed a countersuit against her for being a “blatant liar,” and he claimed that SHE was the one who attacked HIM.
Now, bus driver Bormann has filed a motion to have Matthew’s countersuit dismissed, on the grounds that it is frivolous.
Now word yet on whether or not the lawsuit will be dropped, but we’d expect to learn more soon.
More than anything else, we wonder if Matthew will ever show up in the news again for something OTHER than this!
Sad.
