Renewed! South Park Will Be Around Through 2016!

The Church of Scientology will NOT be pleased to hear this…but pretty much everyone else WILL!
Comedy Central and South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have just signed a new deal, in which the show will remain on the air through 2016! Hooray!!!
For those of U who haven’t been keeping count, that means that the show is going to reach the 20 season mark!!!!
Here’s what Comedy Central president Michele Ganeless had to say about it:

“The collective genius of Matt and Trey knows no bounds. Week after week and season after season they continue to surprise and delight South Park fans, and that includes all of us here at Comedy Central. We├óΓé¼Γäóre thrilled that the adventures of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman will continue through 2016.”

Congratulations to the entire South Park team! We’re SO glad to hear that you’ll be in our lives for the next several years!!!!!
