Probation Looks Unlikely For Conrad Murray

If Conrad Murray was banking on probation, he can pretty much put the lucky rabbit’s foot away as it’s most likely not going to happen.
According to a source, he actually has a better chance of being struck by lightning than probation!
While we’re not sure if that probability is actually accurate, here is what the source said:

“Conrad Murray’s lawyers can ask that their client be given probation, but he has a better chance of being struck by lightening than the judge granting their request. The fact that Judge Pastor remanded Murray into custody immediately following his conviction, well, that was clearly a sign to the defense that Judge Pastor will most likely impose the full four year prison sentence to the convicted killer.├óΓé¼┬¥
“Murray’s lawyers shouldn’t be counting on house arrest, period. Each house arrest inmate has their case thoroughly reviewed by jail officials. Judge Pastor can order that Murray not be eligible for house arrest, but the final decision is up to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The DA, David Walgren will ask that the judge sentence him to four years in jail.”

While this doesn’t really come as a shock, we’re willing to be this isn’t going to help Murray’s depression.
We just hope he doesn’t harm himself regardless of what he’s done. The sentencing won’t last forever and there are many more things to do out there than practicing medicine. He’s actually getting off pretty easily for being so reckless!
Do U think he deserves probation??
