Poor Selenita! Hasn’t she had to put up with ENOUGH this past month?!
Thomas Brodnicki, the man who claimed to have conversations with God about killing the actress/singer, had his felony stalking charge dismissed yesterday, as the judge ruled there wasn’t sufficient evidence that he intended to convey violence against her – which is an element of crime which prosecutors must prove!
And even his lawyer must know what a lucky break his unstable client got, as he was overheard telling him after the ruling, “Get the fuck out while you can!”
Thankfully, there is still a civil restraining order that requires him to stay away from Selena!
We just hope this crazy can abide by it! Who knows what this guy is actually capable of?
