Back when 90210‘s Shenae Grimes played a homeless girl in the film Sugar, she became very passionate about the issues surrounding poverty.
During her filming, she spent a lot of time with some street travelers in Venice. Throughout her time with her new friends, she captured her memories on film.
She felt so inspired by their stories, she is now hosting a photo exhibit to benefit more people in their situation.
Travelers will benefit MY FRIENDS PLACE — a drop-in center for homeless youth — through the sale of Shenae’s personal photos from her experience in Venice.
The exhibit takes place in Miami on December 3. Bing will provide complimentary cocktails and bites.
