Something must be in the water over at the LA County courthouse, because all the judges in celebrity trials are being terribly reasonable and fair!
Yay for the legal system!
Case in point: Former CSI star Gary Dourdan was torn to bits by the judge overseeing his domestic violence case. Shortly after Gary was arrested for attacking his former GF, a restraining order was put into effect, forbidding Gary to have any contact with her. A reason price to pay, considering that he allegedly broke the poor girl, Nicole Vail Cannizzaro’s, nose.
However, as it turns out, he recently violated that rule and texted his former GF. We’re not sure what the text said, but for now it doesn’t seem to matter. Judge Keith Schwartz told Gary, “I don’t mess around with domestic violence cases … You understand?”
He’d better, because the judge has ordered a 3 year restraining order and gave Dourdan an ultimatum to either stay far, far away from Nicole or go to jail …like, NOW!
