Things continue to go south for Terrence Howard.
As reported earlier, Michelle Howard filed for divorce in February.
In court documents, Michelle now says her soon to be ex was violent towards her and constantly threatened her life.
The docs claim Terrence threatened to throw Michelle off a balcony and she says Terrence “slugged me across the face and neck.”
Others claims Michelle has filed include the following:
smacking her in the face and chipping her tooth with his wedding ring
— throwing her down to the ground in a parking lot
— telling her, “I’ll hit a woman quicker than I’d hit a man”
— Saying, “If you tell anyone about my personal business, I will kill you and no one will ever know
— Screaming, “B*tch, walk home. That’s my car, I pay for it.”
But the actor isn’t taking these claims lying down.
Terrence has also filed his own court docs, denying he ever threatened her.
However, he claims Michelle wants to sell a video of him singing in the shower to third parties among other private materials.
Michelle was granted a restraining order against Terrence Tuesday December 6th.
Looks like this divorce is going to be bitter and ugly.
