Yep, two months after their separation, Zooey Deschanel has finally begun the grueling process of divorcing Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard.
Claiming irreconcilable differences, Zooey’s files also claim something else…
She’s worth $3 mil, has a 0 balance on all three of her credit cards, makes $95,000 a month from The New Girl.
Yeah, that’s a healthy amount of wealth. But what’s even more interesting is how she spends it:

$2,000 fabulous hipster clothes
$1,000 groceries/home goodes

$600 laundry/cleaning

$300 phone bill

And we’re guessing she saves money on entertainment by getting her laughs in at El Lay’s Upright Citizens Brigade theatre. She’s known to pop in every now and then.
Sad news about her divorce, but we bet it’s for the best. She seems like she has a good head on her shoulders, so we definitely trust this decision!!
