Lindsay Getting Sued For Hitting A Nanny With Her Car!

This was bound to come back and bite her in the butt.
Waaaay back in September ’10, witnesses reportedly saw Lindsay Lohan accidentally hit a nanny pushing a child in a stroller, while she was leaving a parking garage.
Soon thereafter, sources were saying that Lindsay DID hit a stroller with her car, but they were describing it as an ever-so-slight tap.
Now, nanny Nubia Del Carmen Preza has filed a lawsuit against Lindsay, claiming that SHE was injured even though the child wasn’t.
She’s seeking unspecified damages.
