$1 Billion Dream

That’s a lot of money!

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Steven Speilberg wants the studio he built, Dreamworks, to once again be fully independent and own the movies it puts out….but he needs $1 BILLION to make that dream a reality.

We don’t think the uber director will have too much of a problem raising the financing! We think. It is a sluggish economy these days!

The report also says that Spielberg has allowed a bidding war to begin among studios for the rights to distribute future DreamWorks movies.

Paramount (DreamWorks’ current partner), Universal, Disney and Fox are all supposedly in the bidding game.

Steven Spielberg’s movies always make money. No surprise that everyone wants in!

But, still, one BILLION????
