ABC's The Bachelor Is Getting Sued For Racial Discrimination

Bachelor being sued
When is the last time there was a person of color chosen to be The Bachelor or The Bachelorette? NEVER!
That is exactly why football players Nathaniel Claybrooks and Christopher Johnson (neither of which affiliated with the NFL) are filing a class-action lawsuit against ABC’s reality dating competition.
We think is is pret-ty ridiculous that after 10 years and 23 seasons producers haven’t chosen a man or woman of color to be the star of the show. According to the show’s creator, Mike Fleiss, it’s not the producer’s fault and once told Entertainment Weekly:

“[We] always want to cast for ethnic diversity, it├óΓé¼Γäós just that for whatever reason, they don├óΓé¼Γäót come forward. I wish they would.”

If that’s the case, we pointed out this young African American stud of a man last March and maybe with all this mounting pressure, he WILL be the next Bachelor.
Sources say that the prospective plaintiffs will be filing a complaint in federal court on Wednesday morning against ABC, production companies Warner Horizon Television, Next Entertainment, NZK Productions and Fleiss.
