Seth Meyers Makes New Show For NBC Hulu

Pack your bags TV shows — you’re moven internet!
Hulu announced plans to use the insane amount of money ($420 million) they made in 2011 to develop original shows, that will air exclusively on the website.
We know, we know. The Internet is for watching TV shows, not internet shows!
We get it. But, unlike old-school, low-budget made-for-internet shows, the new Hulu shows have nice financial backing and big names.
The series we’re actually the most excited about is the The Awesomes, created by SNL‘s Seth Meyers.
It’s an animated workplace comedy about a team of has-been crime fighters. They were top notch super heroes in the 40s, but now they can’t seem to find anyone to fight –other than paparazzi. LOL!
The Awesomes was originally set to air on MTV, but it looks like Seth wanted to take his chances with the interwebs.
Wonder if this means Seth plans to leave SNL….
