Thurman has just been proposed to by financier Arpad Busson. And she’s gonna be a step-mom too.

Busson has two children with supermodel Elle Macpherson.

An insider says, “It’s a done deal. They’re already planning the wedding.”

Thurman’s rep has also confirmed the news.

Oh, and Uma’s new dude? He’s rich. Really really really rich.
