Mark Wahlberg Is Going Back to High School (In Real Life)

This isn’t some sequel to the 21 Jump Street remake!
Mark Wahlberg is going back to high school — for real.
Last night on the Late Show the actor / ninth grade drop out told Letterman he’s trying to get his high school diploma by taking classes on a new online program.
Seski Marky explained:

“I’ve got to take up all the courses that I missed, and I’m a little nervous.They’re going to give me whatever credits I already have, which is probably like one or two. But I’m going to make it happen.”

Wahlberg plans to use the downtime he has on set in-between shooting to:

“just … blast through it├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥hopefully do it within six to eight months.”

Three years of classes in six months?!
