CEO Pays Employees $7,500 To Take A Vacation!

Bart Lorang, CEO of Denver-based internet start-up FullContact API, only wants the best employees and that means he only wants the best for his employees.
While most companies give their staff paid vacation, Lorang gives them paid vacation AND $7,500 to spend while they are on it!
There are just two rules and no, they aren’t hard to follow. In order to receive the bonus bucks, employees must actually GO on a vacation somewhere (oh, what a chore) and they can’t do ANY work while they are traveling the world.
While being profiled by Good Morning America (above), Lorang explained, “no calls, no emails, no tweets, no work of any kind.”
He admits he sucks at that part, but his employees don’t mind the stipulation and believe his generous vacation policy allows “a real break for your brain.”
