The socialite has spent the past few weeks in Europe, and it by the looks of it she has made a friend!
Paris was spotted getting very close to this new man, first on a boat, and now on the beach of Corsica, Italy.
We don’t know much about the heiress’ new mysterious man. We’re told he goes by the name of “Frederick” — but we’re not even sure of THAT!

Frederick “Fact” #2: He is NOT from money.
