Given the amount of unpleasant run–ins Justin Bieber has had with the paparrazzi this summer, we had almost forgotten about this one!
However, the police apparently haven’t!
That’s right, you may recall back in May when the pop star and his lady friend, Selena Gomez, got into a physical altercation with a pesky photographer who got in their faces after they left a movie at the Calabasas Commons, and although authorities were called, the pair had already taken off!
Well now, although the investigation was sent to D.A. in June, they have returned it to law enforcement because the file needs more information!
So basically, the cops will be reaching out to both Biebs and Selenita for interviews about the incident very soon!
And being the consumnate professional that he is – despite facing a possible misdemeanor battery charge – sources close to Justin claim he will happily comply with authorities!

The faster you take care of all of this, the faster it will go away!
Just try and remember to keep your cool boy, or you’re going to continue to face very similar situations to this one!
