PSY Smokes A Cigarette Gangnam Illegal Style

Hey PSY!
We know you’re from South Korea and all, but surely you can’t understand that big sign behind you?!
It says NO SMOKING and even has a convenient illustration to break through the language barrier.
The Gangnam Style singer didn’t seem to notice (or care) though and was photographed puffing on a cigarette in a smoke-free zone outside a building in Toronto, Canada.
Although we don’t approve, it looks like he fought the law…and won. Brava!
