It looks as though Lil’ Wayne‘s recent HIGHlarious behavior during his deposition may have cost him his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III!
As we’ve reported, the rapper sued the son of Quincy Jones over his Weezy-centric documentary, Tha Carter, for using music from his album Tha Carter III without proper permission…and from what we hear, not being too pleased with the way in which he’s portrayed!
However, as Wayne was unable to make the court date for the trial, as the day he was supposed to testify he was hospitalized after suffering seizure-like symptoms mid-flight! Therefore, all his lawyer had to show the jury was his aforementioned deposition…and we all know how THAT went!

But not TOO helpful in a court of law!
As a result, Quincy Jones III not only won the case, but ALSO his countersuit against Weezy, which alleged that because his film was blocked from release by the actor, its potential for profit was also compromised…which means the rapper now owes him $2,195,000!
OUCH!
He’s having a rough few weeks, isn’t he?
But hey! Stinks he couldn’t make his court date, but we’re just glad he made sure his HEALTH was his number one priority and focused on that!
