Rumor has it Kourtney Kardashian is requiring her baby daddy Scott Disick to sign a super involved prenuptial agreement before the pair walk down the aisle in front of friends, family and millions of TV viewers.
True, the couple aren’t engaged quite yet (as far as we know!), but we hear the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami involves Scott popping the question to his longtime ladylove.
And Kourt, being the savvy businesswoman that she is, wants to make sure that if Scott WERE to renege on his wedding vows, she and her kiddies would be well protected!
One insider reveals:
“There├óΓé¼Γäós no way she├óΓé¼Γäód walk down the aisle with him without a prenup,├óΓé¼┬¥ a friend of the Kardashian family told In Touch. ├óΓé¼┼ôShe needed to protect her and her children├óΓé¼Γäós futures.”
Makes perfect sense to us!
But it seems Scott was NOT happy about the legal wedding requirements and reportedly exploded when Kourtney approached him with the idea of a prenup!

Although we do kinda feel for him. He’s invested mucho time and effort in the Kardashian Klan… we guess he’d deserve some sort of compensation if he wanted out!
