We totally get why he├óΓé¼Γäós selling it…it seems a bit small at 9,080 square feet, five bedrooms, a home theatre, a tennis court, and 360 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Four years after buying the swanky digs in 2007, the multi-talented mogul sat down with W Magazine to discuss the fully-loaded playground:
“Living your life 40 floors up, looking out every day on ocean and skies, you see the world from a different point of view. It’s like living in a very interesting fishbowl, but since no one can see up here, it’s like a fishbowl with a limo tint.”
No one knows for sure why he’s selling, but we’re betting it has something to do with not having enough bedrooms for his multiple lady friends. Dude does have SWAG!!
