The Bachelor
What happens on The Bachelor is VERY serious!
We can only assume that’s why the producers of The Bachelor are filing their second lawsuit in two years against reality-TV scoop site RealitySteve.com, for spoiling the very serious, super important outcome of each episode.
NZK Productions and Horizon Alternative Television claim the site’s creator, Stephen Carbone, is “unlawfully obtaining” info about the show’s upcoming season by soliciting details from cast and crew members who were contractually obligated to keep their mouthes shut.
In response to media coverage of the suit, Reality Steve posted the following statement on his site:

“I continue to spoil their show every season, they’re pissed about it, so this is how they respond. What’s funny in all this is, by suing me, they’re admitting that my spoilers are correct. Do you honestly think if I gave away the wrong ending, and wrong eliminations, and wrong details about the dates they would sue me? Of course not.”

Despite having amazing, suspiciously accurate info, Steve claims he didn’t break any laws to get.
The Bachelor producers don’t buy it, and we’re not sure we do either.
They’re asking for $75,000 in damages for alleged intentional interference with contractual relations, as well as $10,000 per alleged violation of the settlement from last year.
