Smell Like Kate Spade This Fall!

Elizabeth Arden has just inked a deal with handbag designer Kate Spade to manufacture, distribute and market a fragrance set to debut this fall.

VP of Global Marketing for Elizabeth Arden says of their newest client:

“Kate Spade New York has grown from a small handbag company to a total lifestyle brand. We are proud to contribute to bringing the Kate Spade New York lifestyle to the next level.”

This will be the second time Kate Spade has launched a fragrance, with the first being a failed attempt with Estee Lauder.

However, Co-President and COO of the growing handbag company think they’ll have better luck this time, saying “Elizabeth Arden has a proven track record as a successful partner.”

Good point.
