Is She Naturally This Skinny???

Could it be possible that Ralph Lauren actually hired this thin of a model?
The model, above, is showing off one of the label’s bathing suits and her ribcage!
Wonder if those were photoshopped in, since we all know they love making models look deathly thin.
Thoughts???
