It's Lawsuit Time For Paris Hilton!

Paris Hilton has another lawsuit on her hands wrist.
The socialite turned businesswoman is being sued by jewelry and watch designer de Grisogono for allegedly ripping off one of their watch designs.
In their lawsuit, de Grisogono claims Paris Hilton’s “Coussin” watch is practically identical to their “Novantatre”, which is protected by two patents. The company goes on to add they’ve fired off multiple cease and desist letters to Paris and her company only to be repeatedly ignored.
De Gisogono is asking the court to make Hilton fork over all the profits from the watch as well as damages.
