Zappos And Amazon Sued Over Security Breach

Sometimes it feels like everyone just wants to sue for something.
Earlier this week, online retailer Zappos.com suffered a security breach and possible customer names, numbers and email addresses were accessed after being hacked.
Zappos contacted its customers to let them know of the breach and to change their passwords.
However, Theresa D. Stevens of Texas has lawyered up and is suing Zappos and its parent company Amazon.com alleging she was harmed by the release of her personal account information.
Though no financial information like credits cards were released, Stevens is still taking it to court and is seeking a large class action suit, along with the company’s 24 million other customers, claiming a violation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
What do U think? Is this a case worth going to court over?
