The mommy-to-be was positively glowing on the red carpet in a black Monique Lhuillier gown that showed off her little bun in the oven.
Reese finished off her politically pregnant ensemble with beautiful emerald and turquoise earrings and a glamorous Old Hollywood hairstyle.
