Ugh.
We thought the legal battle between Louis Vuitton and Warner Bros. was over, but alas! we were wrong.
The French fashion house filed an appeal on Tuesday after their Hangover II “Lewis Vuitton” lawsuit was HIGHlariously shot down by a judge earlier this year.
Louis V originally asked for $580 million as well as the destruction of all copies of Hangover II (um, yeah right), and hope to get some sort of vindication against the Brothers Warner.
Good luck with that.
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens in the battle of LV vs. WB Round 3!
