The Duchess Is Divine Even When She Declines Wine

Kate Middleton was all smiles Wednesday night at a reception held at the British High Commissioner‘s residence in Singapore.
The Duchess of Cambridge made her third and final outfit change of the day, opting for a pleated, pale blue, floral print Erdem dress and suede LK Bennett pumps.
Kate reportedly declined wine at the event and toasted the Queen with water, which totally means she’s pregnant, right? Right!?
If she is, maternity style’s never looked so regal!
