Solange's Chest Gets Charitable At Cipriani

Solange made a dazzling appearance at Monday night’s Angel Ball in New York City.
The Losing You songstress shimmered on the red carpet in a black, gold and silver floor length Badgley Mischka gown with a plunging neckline that showed off her tatas, while carrying an Edie Parker clutch.
Like her last red carpet outing, Solange kept her newly straightened locks slicked down and pulled back into a low bun.
