FDA Approves Freezing Fat Off

This doesn’t even sound real, but the FDA has approved a cosmetic procedure where the doctor literally freezes off fat in your body.
The way it works is that the part of your body you want to be a little less “round” is frozen, which kills the fat cells in that area. Over a period of months, the fat cells are reabsorbed into your body and you become skinnier in the place where the fat used to be. There is some bruising involved.
Well, this is better than liposuction, we guess, but it still doesn’t beat losing weight naturally.
