Can A New Cream Burn Off Post-Pregnancy Belly Fat?

It seems unlikely, but a lot of customers and beauty bloggers who have used Van Outen’s miracle cream claim that the effects are similar to having surgery.
The biggest appeal of the cream (which sold-out and has more than 850 customers on the wait list) is that it only costs £18.85.
While this may be something worth trying before resorting to surgery, it’s hard to believe that rubbing a cream on your belly would make you skinnier.
