Biggest Loser Contestant Wins Lawsuits Against Weightloss Companies

After competing in season three of Biggest Loser, Jennifer Eisenbarth started noticing her face pop up everywhere… on the internet… on products she had never heard of.

A dozen or so online marketers were using her face to advertise their products, such as acai berry supplements and colon cleansers. And they did it without her permission.

Jennifer sued all of the companies and won. If her unauthorized pic pops up again, they have to pay a hefty fine.
