New mom Tia Mowry was seen power walking near her home in Studio City. She was carrying a weighted backpack, trying to shed the baby weight. Her baby, Cree Taylor Hardrict, was born back in June.
Power walking can be just as good as jogging if you put in enough time, especially when you use a weighted backpack to help ratchet up the intensity a little.
With her TV series The Game renewed for a fifth season she’s most likely trying to shed some pounds before filming starts.
Get it, gurl!
