Wendy's Donating To Diabetes!

In a move that’s somewhat misguided (but totally in a “it’s the thought that counts” kind of way), Wendy’s has started a new donation program.
This program has the restaurant giving you FOUR free small Frostys for just a dollar donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
That’s right — they’re giving away something that can cause Type 2 diabetes to raise money for Type 1 diabetes.
Still, this might be what the nation needs to jump start the donations to a worthy cause… even at the risk of pushing them towards the other form of diabetes.
You know, because even a small Frosty has 42 grams of sugar and 300 calories!
We’re torn, but we’re glad they’re helping a little bit!
