Robin Roberts Plans Leave For Bone Marrow Transplant

So. Scary.
But we KNOW that Robin Roberts can make it through these difficult times ahead.
Robin has announced that she’ll be taking some leave so she can have a bone marrow transplant.
If you don’t remember, she has just recently been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome — now she has take a medical leave in late August or early September from the show.
All she really said on the subject was:

“It’s fascinating-slash-scary how to prepare yourself for something like this.”

We bet.
Robin, everyone is wishing you the best. You can do this.
We know you can do this — and after your leave, we’ll be excited to see you right back at it again!
