Free Birth Control Begins Today

As Braveheart would say…
…FREEDOM!!!
August 1st, 2012 marks a groundbreaking day in this nation’s history as millions of women will now be eligible for free birth control.
Starting today all new insurance plans must provide free birth control along with other medical provisions.
Before, women had to pay for birth control through co-pay or out of pocket, but that is not the case anymore!
The government estimates that 47 million women in America will benefit from the changes.
Here’s what the Health and Human Services Secretary said:

“Too often, we put our own health last, and that’s especially true when it comes to preventive care — regular checkups and screenings that are so important to staying healthy, but can be too easy to put off.”

Critics say that the birth control isn’t really free, and will result in higher taxes.
We for one think that free birth control is a very good thing!!!
