This New Jersey camel is in high demand this holiday season!
From the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas Day, Preston, a one-year-old Dromedary camel (the kind with one hump) is booked making personal appearances for holiday events ranging from tree lighting cermonies, nativity scenes and of course, the occasional birthday party!
Preston was raised by 19-year-old Rachel Kafka after a family friend who owns a zoo in Virginia gave her family the animal.
The Kafka’s live on a horse farm with horses, dogs, chickens and a miniature pot belly pig, but none as busy as Preston this year.
├óΓé¼┼ôIt├óΓé¼Γäós getting more popular all the time,├óΓé¼┬¥ said Rachel’s father, Harold Kafka, referring to Preston’s holiday appearances. ├óΓé¼┼ôHe├óΓé¼Γäós busy, put it that way,├óΓé¼┬¥ Kafka added.
Keep up the good work, Preston, but in case you are booked in any church nativity processions, remember to keep your balance!
