Jewel and her cowboy hubby Ty are going to be parents!
The singer / song-writer wants to figure out the mothering game on her own.
She says:
“I don├óΓé¼Γäót know if I want advice. The great thing about being pregnant and getting to be your own mom is you get to do it however you want. It├óΓé¼Γäós your family and your child, and I like that.├óΓé¼┬¥
Jewel has decided one thing about her unborn son:
“I hope [he is] not a bull rider — and, I think, Ty hopes he’s not either. If that’s what our child wants to do, we’ll support him, but we’re not going to suggest it!”
For now, Jewel is focusing on designing the baby’s nursery in their ranch house, and choosing a name. “We haven’t found one we like yet,” she says.
We suggest not naming him Willy or Hank – those sound like bull rodeo names to us.
But you don’t have to take our advice!
