Prince William and his lady love, Kate Middleton, might be getting a wedding present with a better pedigree than most of the guests at their royal wedding
German dog expert claims the royal couple are thinking over his offer to supply them with one of his pedigree Bolonkas, a Russian lap dog once popular with William’s distant cousins the Tsars.
He says Buckingham Palace aides have written to him telling him that Kate and William are too busy to consider his offer and have asked if they can contact him after the April 29 ceremony.
“The animals used to be the preserve of royal palaces and the Russian Tsar’s family. It has always been a dog for the aristocracy and for rich people,” the breeder added.
But some feel the palace might have been letting the breeder down gently.
