Dog Chases Mountain Lion Up Tree

In the bay area, a brave dog chased a mountain lion up a tree!
Apparently it’s not too uncommon to find mountain lions in the area, but never in someone’s backyard, up a tree.
A spokesperson on the scene said:

“The dog didn’t know what he was chasing. He probably thought it was another dog until it climbed the tree.”

All we know is that dog is lucky that the lion ran away instead of going into attack mode.
