Puppy Found Face First In Cactus Gets Adopted

Yay for Cactus Jack!
Cactus Jack or CJ for short, was found by a good Samaritan after he heard the puppy’s cries for help.
The pup got his face caught in a cactus in Phoenix, and the Samaritan freed him and started pulling spikes from his body while the Arizona Humane Society were on their way.
The AHS held a drawing where 73 people bought tickets to adopt Jack, and Sara Messerschmidt, a newcomer to Phoenix, won.
The best news? CJ is spike free and healthy and eight other pups were adopted!
