A Red-legged seriema chick hatched on April 30, and he’s going to be a bigg’in! Red-legged seriemas are the largest terrestial birds in the world.
Take that, ostriches! LOLz!
Although they can fly for short distances, seriemas prefer to use their long legs and run after their prey.
The baybay chick is currently being hand-reared until he’s strong to be on his own!
