Cheetah Cubs Named After U.S. Olympians!

What a cool idea!
The National Zoo in Washington, D.C. had a great plan on how to name it’s two cute new cheetah cubs.
Since cheetahs are the fastest land animal, the zoo announced they would name the cubs after the two fastest American male and female sprinters from the 2012 London Summer Games.
Well the results are in and the cubs are named Justin and Carmelita, after Justin Gatlin (who won bronze) and Carmelita Jeter (who won silver)!
Congrats on the medals, you guys!
And congrats on the cubs, zoo!
