Halle Berry Wins In Custody Court Against Gabriel Aubry

Halle Berry has won again.
In her current custody battle with ex Gabriel Aubry, a judge ruled in favor of Halle over visitations of her and Gabriel’s daughter Nahla.
Gabriel had asked for an amendment in his visitation rights, which would allow him to spend time with Nahla without her nanny present.
The judge however, ruled that no change should occur in his visitation rights. He is currently allowed to have three hours of alone time with her where he can take her to the park, etc., but at all other times, the nanny must be present, especially during overnight stays.
Gabriel is said to be FURIOUS with the judge’s decision and feels that the nanny is ruining his relationship with his daughter.
This is just so sad! And poor little Nahla is caught in the middle. We hope that one day Halle and Gabriel will be able to solve their differences so that Nahla gets proper time with both parents. It just doesn’t seem fair!
